摘要
通过教学实验,以Carron等人编制的"群体环境问卷"作为测量工具,对拓展训练课程改善大学生团队凝聚力的效果进行研究。研究结果显示,在成功控制了除拓展训练之外的干扰因素之后,实验组团队凝聚力和四维度指标的显著性P(双侧)均小于0.05,证明拓展训练能够有效改善大学生团队凝聚力。对拓展训练课程设计中有助于改善团队凝聚力的因素——增加人际沟通、改善团队结构、目标一致性和任务执行的相互依赖等进行了分析,并对相关课程建设提出建议。
Through teaching experiment,using "the Group Environment Questionnaire"compiled by Carron as measurement tool,this paper researches the effectiveness of team cohesion of college students by Outdoor Expend Training(hereinafter referred to as OET)course.The results show that after successful control of interference factors,team cohesion and four dimension index of the experimental group are statistically significant(p0.05),and that means OET training can improve the college students' team cohesion.The factors which contribute to the enhancement of team cohesion in curriculum design are analyzed in this paper:increase interpersonal communication,improve the interdependence between team structure,goal congruence and task execution.And it puts forward some suggestions to related course development.
