摘要
从非智力因素切入,给出了非智力因素与大学数学各教学环节的关系.探讨了意志、情感、信念、兴趣和个性等因素在大学数学的通识教育中的重要地位.探讨了大课堂授课与小课堂讨论在差异性教学中的创新.提出了挖掘学生个体差异对多元化、个性化人才的素质教育的培养的重要性.
After the explanation of nonintellectual factors, this paper discussed the relation between nonintellectu- al factors and each link of university math teaching, explored the important position of such factors as will, emotion, belief, interests and personality in the general education of university mathematics and probed into the creation in the difference teaching of big classroom lecturing and small group discussion. At last, it talked about the importance of the investigation of students' individual difference to their quality education of diversification and indivituation.
