摘要
以洋马VP6高速插秧机用液压机械变速器为研究对象,对其进行了简要介绍,给出了其转矩传动结构简图。在确定其输出转矩的条件下,建立了其输入转矩与斜盘式轴向柱塞变量泵的斜盘倾角设定位置之间的特性关系式,并对特性关系式进行了简要的分析,还给出了转矩特性分析在液压机械变速器设计上的主要应用。
The hydro-mechanical transmission （HMT） of YANMAR VP6 high-speed rice transplanter was studied and briefly introduced. Its configuration of torque transmission is given. In the condition that its output torque is identified, the characteristics relation formulas of input torque of HMT with the swash plate angle setting position of swash plate axial piston variable displacement pump are established, and the characteristics relation formulas were briefly analyzed. In addition, the torque characteristics analysis at main application of HMT designs are provided.
