摘要
应用UG NX8.5的"高级仿真"模块,建立某三轮汽车转向联板的有限元模型,通过解算器NX NASTRAN对有限元模型进行分析求解,得到三轮汽车转向联板在三轮汽车满载匀速直线行驶工况下的位移变形和应力分布情况,再根据分析结果,应用UG NX8.5的优化分析工具Altair HyperOpt对零件进行优化设计,使三轮汽车转向联板的结构既满足设计要求,又达到质量轻、成本低的目的。
UG NX8.5 'Advanced Simulation' module is applied to establish the finite element model of three-wheel truck steering link plate. The finite element model is analyzed and solved by NX NASTRAN solver to get the displacement deformation and stress distribution of the three-wheel truck steering link plate at uniform velocity with full load, then according to the analysis results, UG NX8.5 optimization analysis tool is used to design the parts, so that the structure of steering link plate meets the design requirements and reaches the purpose of light weight and low cost.
