摘要
对天窗加强框结构进行了优化设计,在前侧天窗加强框与顶盖外板采用间隙设计,并通过隔震胶连接,既避免钣金产生的异响,又增加两板的连接强度,还能提高整车NVH性能。在前侧和左右侧加强框与顶盖外板垂直翻边处,采用台阶面设计,将密封胶条配合面和焊接面分开,与密封胶条配合面宽度缩短,使得密封胶条面磨损减少,消除摩擦异响,降低胶条磨破机率。
About optimization design of the sunroof reinforce structure, it has gap design between sunroof reinforce and roof panel, which are adhered together by anti-vibration glue in the front. It avoids hemming caused by panel crash, adds bonding strength between panels, and improves the NVH performance of automotive. It has step design on vertical turn-up of sunroof reinforce and roof panel in the front and left - right, which separates the sealer matching surface from the welding surface, shortens the width of sealing matching surface, decreases wearing of sealing surface, eliminates hemming between sealing and panel, and reduces probability of sealer split.
