摘要
为解决传统设计方法在循环球电动助力转向器设计中的不足,以轻型货车循环球电动助力转向器为研究对象,利用Virtual.Lab建立了循环球电动助力转向器的虚拟样机模型。通过初步仿真分析,验证了方向盘转矩、助力力矩及转向阻力矩的关系,并按实车试验工况进行仿真试验。分析结果表明:所建立的动力学模型可以很好地模拟循环球电动助力转向器的实际运动,验证了所建立的虚拟样机模型的准确性。
In order to solve the deficiency of traditional design method in the design of recirculating-ball electric power steering,the virtual prototype model of LGV recirculating-ball electric power steering was established using Virtual.Lab.The relationship of the steering torque,assist torque and resistance torque was set up by preliminary analysis.The simulation was carried out according to the working condition of real vehicle test.The results indicate that the dynamic model can well simulate the actual motion and the virtual prototype model is correct.
