超声冲击消除残余应力频率参数的确定

摘要 建立模拟焊接过程的三维有限元模型,得到了焊接残余应力的应力场分布,通过对此焊接残余应力场的分布进行研究,可以对焊接结构的质量和使用性能进行预测。应用ANSYS的模态分析功能,得到了模型的固有频率,在固有频率下进行超声冲击消除残余应力会得到较好的效果,并验证了输入频率大于固有频率时,超声冲击消除残余应力的效果与在固有频率下冲击的效果差别不大。 The 3Dfinite element model of welding process is set up,the distribution of welding residual stress is got by simulation.Based on the residual stress field,the quality of welding structure can be predicted.By use of the modal analysis function of ANSYS,the natural frequency of the model can be obtained.Based on the natural frequency,the ultrasonic impact test to eliminate the welding residual stress is carried out,and a good effect is got.If the input frequency is greater than the natural frequency,the effect of eliminating residual stress is as good as that under the natural frequency.
