摘要
手动换电设备夹具做为承载固定电池箱的主要部件,其动静态性能是否满足极端工况的要求十分重要。使用Pro/E建立手动换电设备夹具的几何模型,利用Hypermesh进行CAE前处理,运用ANSYS分析手动换电设备夹具在特定工况下的应力分布,并在此基础上得到手动换电设备夹具的模态特性。通过以上分析,对手动换电设备夹具的强度、刚度性能有了基本的了解,为其进一步的结构优化提供了参考依据。
As an important device for fixing the battery, the fixture's dynamic and static performance is very important. The geometric model of fixture is established by Pro/E, then it is processed by Hypermesh. By using ANSYS, the static strength analysis of fixture is done through the calculation of the stress of the fixture in specific conditions. On this basis, the modal characteristics of fixture are obtained. Through the above analysis, a basic understanding of fixture's static and dynamic performance is obtained. This work provides a basis for further structure optimization.
