摘要
介绍了针对矿泉水瓶灌装工艺而设计的洗灌旋三合一灌装设备。着重对灌装工艺流程、灌装设备设计方案进行了论述;对清洗机上的洗瓶夹、灌装机上的灌装机械阀、旋盖机上的旋盖头和下盖槽进行了结构设计;设计了设备的气动控制系统,对设备的PLC控制系统进行了说明。
This paper introduces the mineral water filling process and the design of a filling machine with the functions of washing and filling bottles,and screwing the cap of bottles.On the basis of discussion on design schemes,the paper puts emphasis on the structure design of the main parts of the machine,such as the bottle holder,the screw head,and the pneumatic control system.The practical application shows the machine is of stable and reliable running.
