摘要
矿用挖掘机传动齿轮箱中的薄片齿轮和薄壁齿圈在经渗碳淬火处理后易发生较大的热处理变形,针对此,提出了"预变形"的解决方案,即在渗碳淬火前对齿轮的齿顶圆和齿向施加反变形,可有效地达到减小渗碳淬火变形的目的。
Thin plate-type gears and ring gears which are carburized and quenched in transmission gearbox of mining excavator generate large heat treatment deformation easily ofter carburized and quenched.In view of the above problem,this paper presents a solution called"Predeformation"in the purpose of decreasing deformation."Predeformation"means that reversible deformation is imposed upon addendum circle and helical angle before carburization-quench.
