摘要
借助高精度卧式加工中心加工齿轮箱箱体时,需建立多个加工坐标系,各加工坐标系之间存在位置尺寸关系,通过测量程序获得基准坐标系,利用CTRANS和CROT编程指令就能够得到其他各加工坐标系,通过托盘旋转实现一次装夹完成各部分加工。
Using high-precision horizontal machining center to process the gearbox body,we need to establish multiple processing coordinate systems which have position relations with each other.We can get reference coordinate system firstly by measuring,using CTRANS and CROT programming instructions to get other processing coordinate systems.Then we can complete the processing by clamping the part for one time.
