摘要
分析了输送液体时需要的扬程HN、由水泵本身的结构及转速决定的设计扬程HD、水泵名牌标注的扬程HB和输送液体时水泵的实际扬程HF之间的区别与联系,得出了水泵高效节能运行的外在方法:首先要减小管路系统的阻力、准确计算输送液体所需要的扬程;其次要选择与需要扬程最接近的水泵;通过调节水泵的运行参数来获得需要的流量或扬程,而不仅仅是调节管路性能。
This paper analyzes the difference and connection among the headwater needed for conveying liquid,the design headwater decided by the structure and speed of pump,the headwater marked on the brand and the headwater that the pump really lifts the liquid.The external ways of high efficient and energy-saving operation of pump are following:to reduce the resistance of pipeline system and accurately calculate the headwater needed for conveying liquid;to select the water pump's headwater approximated with the needed headwater;to get required flow or headwater by regulating the parameter of the pump not the pipe's.
