摘要
针对井下运输手动阻车器的不足,设计了气动式自动阻车器。在导轨上安装传感器,当运输设备因事故超出规定运行速度时,自动开启阻车装置,防止因人工操作引发事故。此外,自动阻车装置增大了有效阻车面积,安装了缓冲装置,可提高阻车效率,减少运输事故的发生。
In light of the shortcomings of the manual stop block underground, a kind of pneumatic automatic stop block is designed. By installing sensors on the guide rail, when the transport equipment moves at excessive speed, the resistance device will turn on automatically, to prevent the accident. In addition, the automatic stop block is of more effective resistance area and with the buffer device, can improve the efficiency of stop block, reduce the number of transport accidents.
