天中直流投运后新疆电网区域稳控切机切负荷策略优化分析

摘要 随着新疆电网750kV交流外送第二通道以及+800kV天中特高压直流工程的相继投运,新疆电网正式进入特高压"交、直流混联"大电网的新时代。在复杂大电网的背景时代下,新疆电网特有的大功率外送、薄弱的交流电网以及交、直流混联等的电网特点,势必将造成复杂的电网安全稳定运行特性,电网运行的安全风险压力与日俱增,最终造成的电网区域稳控系统的复杂性也明显提高。本文主要结合新疆电网天中特高压直流的投运以及新疆电网自身的长链式、接力送(受)电的电网结构特点,深入分析并对稳控切机、切负荷的原则进行全面优化,提高新疆电网稳控系统"二道防线"的防御能力和系统管理水平,最大限度保证"交直流混联"和"大电网"背景下的新疆电网的安全稳定运行水平。 As the 750kV AC for the second channel and Tianzhong Extra-High Voltage DC transmission putting into operation one after another,Xinjiang power gid is officially comming into the age of "AC mixed with DC" large power grid. Under the complex background of complex large power networks,the characteristics of high power delivery,a weak AC power grid and blend of AC and DC,is bound to causel the speciality of stable operation and stability control system of power grid becoming more complicated,and cause the recurity risk pressure of power grid growing. This article analyses and optimizes deeply on the principle of stability control system combining with Tianzhong DC transmission and long chain characteristics of structure of XinJiang power grid,to improve the defense capability and management level of stability control system of XinJiang power grid,and to improve the ability of safe and stable operation of XinJiang power grid under the backgrounds of "AC mixed with DC"and "Large Power Networks".
