血管栓塞术在脑动脉瘤患者中的综合应用价值研究

Study on the comprehensive application value of vascular embolization in the treatment of patients with cerebral aneurysm

目的观察血管栓塞术在脑动脉瘤患者中的综合应用价值。方法选取2010-02—2013-05于本院治疗的80例脑动脉瘤患者为研究对象,80例随机分为对照组(手术夹闭组)40例和观察组(血管栓塞组)40例,将2组患者中不同大小动脉瘤者的mRS评分结果及住院时间、术中破裂率、并发症发生率进行比较。结果观察组中大小动脉瘤者的mRS评分结果均好于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,术中破裂率及并发症发生率均低于对照组,P均<0.05,2组间差异均有统计学意义。结论血管栓塞术在脑动脉瘤患者中的综合应用价值较高,临床疗效较好且安全性也较高。

Objective To investigate and observe the comprehensive application value of vascular embolization in the treat-ment of patients with cerebral aneurysm .Methods 80 patients with cerebral aneurysm in our hospital from February 2010 to May 2013 were research subjects ,and randomly divided into control group （clipping operation group）40 cases and observation group（vascular embolization group）40 cases ,then the mRS score of different size of cerebral aneurysm and hospitalization time , intraoperative rupture rate ,complications rate of two groups were compared .Results The mRS scores of observation group with different size of cerebral aneurysm were all better than those of control group ,hospitalization time was shorter than that of control group ,intraoperative rupture rate and complications rate were both lower than those of control group ,all P〈0 .05 ,the diffence of items between two groups were all significant .Conclusion The comprehensive application value of vascular emboli-zation in the treatment of patients with cerebral aneurysm is higher ,and its clinical effect is better and at the same time the safe-ty is higher too .
