脑心通联合脉络宁治疗脑梗死的可行性分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析脑心通联合脉络宁治疗脑梗死的可行性。方法从我院2012-07—2013-07收治的120例脑梗死患者随机分为观察组和对照组2组。对照组急性期给予复方丹参片并静滴脉络宁,观察组口服脑心通并静滴脉络宁;恢复期对照组给予口服复方丹参片并加相应的康复性治疗,观察组口服脑心通并联合相应的康复治疗。结果经过治疗,观察组的临床症状改善情况显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对2组患者临床疗效进行比较,观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑心通联合脉络宁治疗脑梗死的可行性较高,值得推广应用。
