岩石可钻性研究在大牛地气田下古生界的应用 被引量:3

摘要 岩石可钻性一般需要通过钻井取心,然后进行室内微钻头实验测定得到,室内实验费时费力,需耗费一定的成本。利用通用钻速方程中岩石可钻性与机械钻速的关系,反推求取岩石可钻性级值,给出了推导过程,得到了岩石可钻性求取方程。运用该方程对大牛地大88井和PG5井实钻录井数据进行计算,得到了岩石可钻性剖面,可以进一步指导钻头选型。 Generally, rock drillability may be gained from some experimental measurements of drill bit. But, these experiments are not only time-consuming but also costly. In this study, the grade value of drillability is at first deduced by analyzing the relationship between drillability and penetration rate(ROP)in drilling-rate equation; and then, a deduction process is obtained; at last, an equation to acquire drillability is also obtained. This equation was applied to Da 88 and PG 5 wells in Daniudi gasfield. After its application, a rock-drillability profile was gained, which can further guide bit typeselection.
