摘要
目前一些石油企业基层单位工程竣工验收管理工作中存在施工单位的竣工资料质量不高、工程竣工验收组织协调工作力度不够、问题整改不到位等现象,针对这些现象,提出了提高基层单位工程竣工验收管理工作水平的对策。认为建设单位的工程管理人员应加强工作责任心,严格审查把关,抓好工程竣工资料的归档工作;加强组织协调力度,抓好工程竣工专项验收方面的关键环节工作,确保按期按质完成当年工程竣工验收计划;对在工程专项验收、工程竣工决算审计等环节中发现的问题,督促相关单位认真整改,确保问题整改到位。
There are negative phenomena in the project completion acceptance work of grassroots units of some oil enterprises, such a poor quality of completion data prepared by the construction unit,inadequate organization and coordination of project completion acceptance and not in place problem rectification. Aiming at these phenomena, this paper proposes countermeasures to improve the level of project completion acceptance level of grassroots units. It is considered that the project management personnel of the ownershould strengthen the sense of responsibility, conduct strict examination and pay adequate attention to filing of project completion data; enhance organization and coordination, lay emphasis on critical links in special project completion acceptance to guarantee quality accomplishment of project completion acceptance plan of that year on schedule; supervise relevant units to rectify problems found in links such as special project acceptance and project completion final settlement and audit to ensure in place rectification.
