Solution to Integrity Management of Gas Transmission Station of Natural Gas Companies

为了对我国天然气管道系统中的输气站场设备进行完整性管理,使其处于安全、可控的运行状态,介绍了输气站场现有的基于风险的检验、以可靠性为中心的维护及安全完整性分级3种完整性管理方法及其执行步骤,针对输气站场动设备、静设备的完整性管理特点形成了适合天然气分公司实际情况的输气站场完整性管理解决方案,该方案包括1个总则文件、8个程序文件和21个作业文件共30个文件,并建议增加安全完整性分级管理内容等输气站场完整性管理的持续改进措施。

In order to manage the integrity of gas transmission station equipment in the natural gas pipeline system of China and make such equipment in safe and controllable operating conditions,this paper introduces three existing common integrity management methods of gas transmission stations including risk based inspection, reliability centered maintenance and safety integrity classification, and the steps of such methods. Aiming at integrity management characteristics of mobile and static equipment of gas transmission stations, it develops solution to integrity management of gas transmission station suitable for practical situation of natural gas companies. This solution contains totally 30 files, including 1 general rule file, 8 program files and 21 homework files. In addition, it proposes to add continuous improvement measures for integrity management of gas transmission stations, such as management content of safety integrity classification.
