元坝超深井钻井成本合理控制技术及对策 被引量:2

摘要 元坝长兴组油气储层资源丰富、埋藏深,受地理条件和产能建设制约,部署开发井多以水平井和大斜度井为主,完钻井深普遍超过7 500 m。高含硫化氢、钻井周期长、钻井成本高是制约高效开发的瓶颈。为此,在前期完钻井的基础上,从周期、材料、特殊工艺、物价以及环保治理等方面,深入分析了影响钻井成本的各种因素。结果表明,优选井位,可降低钻前工作量;优化轨道设计,可降低钻井进尺和施工难度;优化井身结构,可保障施工安全,减少管材用量;推荐最优提速工艺,可缩短钻井周期;加强现场跟踪,可及时优化调整工程方案;加强钻井液的回收和重复利用也是降低钻井成本的一大途径。结论认为,通过钻井成本合理控制的技术对策及管理方案,为元坝气田经济高效开发提供技术支撑。 The oil and gas reservoir of Changxing Formation, Yuanba reserves rich resources which are deep buried. Restricted by geographical conditions and productivity construction, production wells such as horizontal wells and highly-deviated wells are mainly arranged. The drilling depth is generally over 7500 m. Bottlenecks restricting high-efficient development are high content of hydrogen sulfide, long drilling cycle and high drilling cost. This paper, therefore, analyses various factors influencing the drilling cost from the aspects such as cycle, material, special process, price of commodities and environmental management based on the wells drilled in earlier stage. Results indicate that optimizing the well location can reduce work quantity before drilling; optimizing track design can reduce the drilling footage and construction difficulty; optimizing well bore configuration can guarantee safety construction and reduce the consumption of tubes; the recommended optimal speedingup process can shorten the drilling cycle; strengthening site tracking can optimize and adjust engineering scheme timely; and it is one of the ways to reduce drilling cost to strengthen recycle and reutilization of drilling fluid. It is believed in the conclusion that technical countermeasures and management scheme for control of reasonable drilling cost will provide technical support for cost effective development of Yuanba oil field.
