采自不同生境下益智仁的营养成分分析与比较

Comparison of the Contents of Nutrient Compounds in Fruits of Alpinia oxyphylla Miq Grew in Different Habitat of Economic Woods

为了确定哪种经济林下栽培的益智营养成分含量最高,品质最好,采集橡胶林下、槟榔林下、胆木林下、松树林下以及次生林下生长多年的成熟益智果实,用紫外分光光度计法、考马斯亮兰法、索氏提取法及酶水解法测定其中的氨基酸、蛋白质、葡萄糖、淀粉、纤维素、膳食纤维、挥发油、粗脂肪、维生素B2和维生素C等,以及含水量和总灰分含量.结果表明,胆木林下的益智仁中含量最高的指标为总灰分6.51%,维生素B2 8.08×10-4%;含水量最高为陵水益智15.5%,三更罗橡胶林下益智中氨基酸含量最高0.06%、蛋白质含量最高为0.023%、挥发油含量1.43%及维生素C为0.33%;其它指标在不同经济林下也存在差异.益智含水量及总灰分含量与果实成熟度及储存条件有关,而营养成分含量与其生长环境密切相关.

To ascertain the differences of nutrient quality in Alpinia oxyphylla Miq fruits from different economic woods, we collected the fruits from five plantations where the woods, Rubber tree, Xylia xylocarpa, Areca catechul~ Pinus massoni- ana Lamb. and secondary forest, grow respectively. The methods of UV-VIS, dying with coomassie brilliant blue, sohlet ex- traction and enzymolysis were used to detect the contents of 11 indexes, which were water, total ash, amino acid, protein, glu- cose, starch, total cellulose, crude fat, volatile oil, VB2 and VC. The results showed that： the contents of total ash and amino acid and VB2 were highest in Areca catechuL woods than in others, and they were 6.51% and 8.08×10-4%. Water content was highest in LS. Four nutrient contents were highest in SGL than in others, and they were： amino acid 0.006%, protein 0.023%, volatile oil 1.43% and VC 0.33%. The contents of other nutrient indexes were distinct different among the fruits from different economic woods. The contents of nutrient compounds were impacted on by the habitat of economic woods. There were distinct differences in nutrient quality of fruit among the woods habitats.
