多排螺旋CT的MPR和VR在胫骨平台骨折诊断中的应用价值 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨多排螺旋CT的后处理技术MPR和VR技术在胫骨平台骨折中的临床应用。方法:对经多排螺旋CT的MPR和VR证实的43例胫骨平台骨折进行回顾性分析。结果:所有病例经过多排螺旋CT后处理重建MPR和VR后,均能作出准确分型,并对骨折的部位、范围、关节面破坏情况及塌陷程度作出准确评估,明显优于X线平片。结论:多排螺旋CT的MPR和VR能更准确的评估胫骨平台骨折情况,对骨折的分型和治疗方法的选择有着重要指导意义。 Objective To investigate the multi slice spiral CT post-processing technique of clinical application of MPR and VR in tibial plateau fractures.Method 43 cases of tibial plateau were confirmed by multi detector row spiral CT MPR and VR fracture study retrospectively.Results All the patients after multi slice spiral CT reconstruction of MPR and VR,can make accurate typing,and destruction and collapse degree to make an accurate assessment of the fracture site,range,the joint surface,and was superior to X-ray plain film.Conclusion Multi slice spiral CT MPR and VR can be more accurate assessment of tibial plateau fractures,which has important instruction significance for the classification and treatment of fractures of the selection method.
