食管癌术后早期肠内营养支持应用价值探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的:食管癌术后患者早期行肠内营养(EN)治疗,探讨其应用价值。方法:回顾分析胸外科36例食管癌行手术治疗的患者的病历资料,所有患者均在术中经鼻留置营养管,术后早期经鼻肠管给予EN治疗,总结其临床疗效。结果:36例患者均未出现吻合口瘘、切口感染、术后胃排空障碍、肠源性感染等并发症,2例患者术后出现肺部感染,经加强抗炎及呼吸道护理治疗后好转;术后肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气和排便时间缩短;绝大多数患者能耐受该治疗,极少数患者出现不良反应,可通过减慢EN液的滴速或减少输注量后迅速得到缓解,并顺利完成EN治疗;术前及术后拔除鼻肠营养管后Hb、血清ALB比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论:食管癌患者术后应用EN,能促进胃肠功能恢复,改善患者营养状况,减少并发症的发生,提高手术成功率,是患者术后简便、经济、安全、有效的营养补给方法。
