胆道手术术后切口感染的影响因素及预防措施 被引量:15

摘要 手术部位感染( SSI )是外科手术术后常见并发症,其可能引起切口延迟愈合、切口开裂乃至全身感染、脏器功能障碍或者死亡,给患者及其家庭带来严重的心理和经济负担[1]。肝胆管结石病是临床肝胆外科常见疾病,其病情复杂,治疗困难,在多方面因素的影响下,术后患者切口感染发生率较高,处理起来也显棘手。了解切口感染的发生原因、影响因素及预防措施,有助于减少切口感染的发生。现将胆道手术术后切口感染发生的影响因素及预防介绍如下。
