摘要
针对目前谷物低温循环式干燥机产量小、烘干速度低、除尘效果差以及进粮不均匀等问题,研制出带进料风选装置和均匀抛洒装置的新型组合式低温循环干燥机。该干燥机处理量为30t/h,降水速率可达0.5~0.8个百分点/h,干燥不均匀度≤1%。实践表明,该机具有产量大,干燥均匀,降水速率高,自动化程度高,制造简单,操作方便等特点。
Aiming at the disadvantages of lower drying quantity, lower drying speed, poor dust removing ability and the asymmetry in grain feeding for present low temperature circulating drier, we designed a new low temperature combined circulating dryer with a feed winnowing device and uniform spraying device. This machine processing capacity was 30 t/h, the pre- cipitation rate of 0.5-0.8 percentage points per hour, uneven drying degree no more than 1%. The results showed that., this machine had the advantages of high yield, uniform drying, precipitation of high speed, high degree of automation, simple manufacture, convenient operation and so on.
