母体日粮蛋白水平对仔猪抑肌素基因表达量及肌纤维直径的影响 被引量:3

摘要 试验选择15头荷包后备母猪,采用实时荧光定量PCR技术,研究妊娠期母体不同蛋白水平日粮对仔猪抑肌素基因表达量及肌纤维直径的影响。结果表明:母体日粮蛋白水平对仔猪抑肌素基因的表达量影响虽不显著(P>0.05),但低蛋白水平有促进仔猪抑肌素基因表达的趋势;母体日粮蛋白水平对仔猪肌纤维直径具有显著的影响(P<0.05),低蛋白水平可以降低仔猪肌纤维直径;抑肌素基因表达量与肌纤维直径呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。 Fifteen Hebao gilts were selected in this test, the influence of maternal different dietary protein levels during pregnancy on myostatin gene expression and muscle fiber diameter of offspring was investigated by real-time fluorogenic quantitative PCR. The results showed that myostatin gene expression had no significant difference in maternal different dietary protein levels (P〉0.05), but low protein levels had a tendency to promote myostatin gene expression; muscle fiber diameter of offspring had significant difference in maternal different dietary protein levels (P〈0.05), low protein levels could reduce muscle fiber diameter of offspring; myostatin gene expression and muscle fiber diameter showed significant negative correlation(P〈0.05).
