摘要:为了加强对大米生产和销售的监管,有效打击大米造假的不法行为,建立了快速检测增香大米中2-乙酰基吡啶的气相色谱方法。样品采用1.5mol/L盐酸溶液提取,提取液经无水乙醚萃取后进样分析。色谱条件为:进样量2μl,柱温140℃,检测器温度300℃,流速1.5ml/min。该方法条件下,2-乙酰基吡啶在20~200ug/ml范围内线性关系良好,检出限为10mg/kg,定量限为20mg/kg。回收率达到85.08%~96.33%。
In order to strengthen the supervision of rice production and sales, and effectively crack down on the illegal acts of fake rice,the determination method of 2-acetyl-pyridine in scented rice by gas chromatography was developed. The samples were extracted with 1.5 mol/L HCl, then the extracted solution was extracted with absolute ether. The chromatographic parameters were as follows: injection amount of 2 μl, column temperature of 140℃, detector temperature of 300℃, flow rate of 1.5 ml/min. The results showed that: calibration graphs had good linear relationship when 2-acetyl-pyridine amount was in the range of 20;200 μg/ml. The limit of detection was 10 mg/kg and limit of quantitation was 20 mg/kg. The recovery rate was between 85.08%-96.33%.
