摘要
通过将某型斯特林制冷机压缩活塞耐磨涂层减薄,测试制冷机的性能变化,发现该型制冷机性能并没有受影响,并且在高温下有较优异的性能,一次装调合格率得到提升。这种方法可以缩短加工周期、提高涂层的附着力和可靠性。
The performances of one type Stirling cryocooler were tested after reducing coated thickness of compressor piston. The results show that the performance of the cryocooler is not affected, but is improved at high temperatures. Assembling and debugging qualification rate was improved. Reducing the coated thickness can shorten the processing cycle and improve the coating adhesion and reliability.
