脐血间充质干细胞移植治疗缺氧缺血性脑病研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy,HIE)是指新生儿因围生期缺氧引起的脑部病变,是造成新生儿死亡和儿童脑瘫的主要原因之一。亚低温治疗可以阻止缺氧缺血对大脑组织的进一步损害[1],但仍有40%左右经过亚低温治疗的患儿死亡或遗留严重的神经系统损害。
