摘要
挣值技术作为一种项目管理技术,也是一种常用的绩效测量方法,把任务基准、费用基准和进度基准整合起来,形成绩效基准,以便项目管理团队评估和测量项目绩效和进展。本文介绍了挣值技术的基本线、分析指数和绩效指数,并结合工程实例对挣值技术在工程管理中的应用进行了探讨,指出了挣值技术实际应用假设点及不足点。
a project management technique, is a common method of performance measurement. It integrates the task baseline, the cost baseline and the schedule baseline, to form the performance baseline, which helps the project management team to assess and measure project performance and progress. This paper introduces the basic line, analysis index and performance index of the EVT, discusses the application of EVT in project management by combining with engineering examples, and points out the EVT hypothesis points and disadvantages in practical application.
