摘要
面对我国水资源污染严重的现状,需要借助GIS技术和计算机技术对水资源进行科学有效的管理。本文论述了以ArcGIS为开发平台、C/S模式和VB为开发语言,建立水资源管理信息系统的一般思路。文章着重阐述了系统的功能设计和数据设计,系统建成后将会大大提高管理工作的效率。
In response to serious water pollution in China, the GIS technology and computer technology are used to scientifically and effectively manage the water resources. This paper discusses the general idea of the establishment of water resource management information system by using ArcGIS as the development platform, C/S mode and C # as the development language, and elaborates function design and data design of the system which will improve the efficiency of the management when completed.
