三网融合下的自考助学模式创新与发展研究

Study on the Innovation and Development of Self-Study Mode Under the Three Network Convergence

随着全球化、信息化程度的快速推进和新技术的不断涌现,传统的面授助学、网路视频助学等模式已经难以发挥应有的作用。本文提出将网络、手机、电视三个网络终端进行融合,构建新的自考助考模式,形成三网融合,在传播与交互上突破时空限制的覆盖方式,使电脑、电视、手机等不同终端都成为自考助学的渠道与工具,使得其自考助学载体更加丰富、渠道更加畅通、管理更加先进。并针对我省作为普通高等教育欠发达地区,自学考试显得尤为重要这一问题,提出在新形势新技术下如何应用新技术,推动我省自考发展,提高自考助学质量。

With the rapid development of globalization, informationization and the emergence of new technology, the traditional face to face education and network video student model have been difficult to play its due role. This paper proposes to fuse the three network terminals： network, mobile phone and TV to construct a new self-service test pattern, forming the three network convergence which breaks the limitation of time and space in the communication and interaction. Different terminals, such as computer, television, mobile phone, have become channels and tools for the self-study, making the supporter more diverse the channel smoother, and the manage- ment more advanced. Aiming at the problem that in Jiangxi Province where is underdeveloped in ordinary higher education, the self-study exam is much more important. As a result we propose that, under the new situation, how to use new technology to promote the development of self-study examination and to improve its quality in Jiangxi.
