摘要 长期以来,学者们忽视了对强度低、伤害意图模糊的负面行为的研究,而工作场所不文明行为正是需要各界关注的行为。本文主要对工作场所不文明行为的概念、测量工具、前因变量及后果变量进行了综述,并且对未来的研究提出了建议。 For a long time, researchers have neglected researches on negative behaviors which are with ambiguous intent and of low intensity. Uncivilized behavior at workplaces is the behavior which needs attention from all the fields. This paper mainly summarizes the concept, measurement, antecedents and outcomes of uncivilized behaviors at workplaces and puts forward suggestions for future research.
