摘要 目的探讨APN排班在我院急诊科优质护理中的应用。方法 2013年1月至2013年6月,选择本院的急诊科相关护理人员进行相关满意度与护理水平的调查,其中护理人员的排班采用APN排班。结果 APN排班前的护理人员理论科考试与技术操作课程考试得分分别为(62.23±0.25)分和(71.52±0.63)分。排班后这两项技术得分分别为(80.53±0.45)分和(85.09±0.56)分,对此差异明显(P<0.05)。APN排班后,护理人员对于工作负荷、工作压力、工作满意度和收入满意度分别为90.0%、92.5%、85.0%和95.0%。结论 APN排班在急诊科优质护理中有利于提高护理人员的工作水平,也提高了其满意度,有利于护理质量的完善。 Objective To investigate the APN scheduling in our hospital emergency department quality nursing care. Methods From January 2013 to 2013 June, select the relevant hospital emergency department nurses and nursing the related level of satisfaction surveys, which use APN scheduling nursing scheduling. Results APN nurses before scheduling theory examinations and technical operations course exam scores were (62.23±0.25) minutes and (71.52±0.63) minutes. After these two technologies shift scores were (80.53±0.45) minutes and (85.09±0.56) points, this difference was significantly(P〈0.05). APN scheduling, the nurses' workload, job stress, job satisfaction and income satisfaction were 90.0%, 92.5%, 85.0%and 95.0%. Conclusion APN scheduling quality care in the emergency department nurses in favor of improving the level of work, but also improve their satisfaction and help improve the quality of care.
