摘要
目的观察右美托咪定(DEX)术前滴鼻对于腹部手术患儿术前焦虑的影响以及评价其安全性。方法将择期手术患儿60例随机均分为3组,每组20例。术前30 min分别滴入右美托咪定1μg(D1组)、2μg(D2组)和等量生理盐水(D3组),观察患儿滴鼻30 min后起效时间,评估患儿镇静状态评分,与父母分离时情绪状态。结果镇静评分及与父母分离时情绪状态评分,D2组>D1组>D3组(P<0.05)。结论术前经鼻滴入右美托咪定2μg可有效减轻术前焦虑,可作为小儿术前用药的一种选择。
Objective To observe the effects of dexmedetomidine preoperative nasal drops for sedative effect and safety of abdominal operation patients. Methods 60 patients undergoing elective operation, were randomly divided into three groups, preoperative 30 min Were dripped with dexmedetomidine 1 tag （D1 group）, 2 tag （D2 group）and normal saline（group D3）, were observed in children with onset time, assessment of nasal 30min sedation score, to the emotional state of parents separation. Results Sedation score and emotional state when separated from their parents score, D2 group〉D1 group〉D3 group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Preoperative intranasal dexmedetomidine 2 μg produces sedative effect, can be used as a selective premedication in childre.
