非小细胞肺癌化疗同时行适形调强放疗的护理研究

Nursing Research of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Chemotherapy and Conformal Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy

目的探讨在非小细胞肺癌化疗同时行适形调强放疗过程中对患者进行护理所取得的临床效果。方法选择80例非小细胞肺癌患者,患者均行化疗同时行适形调强放疗,观察组中患者行针对性护理,对照组中患者行常规护理。结果完成护理治疗之后,比较两组患者的肺原始病灶缓解有效率,观察组中患者的总有效率为90.0%,对照组中患者的总有效率为70.0%。结论对于行非小细胞肺癌化疗同时行适形调强放疗患者,通过针对性护理,使患者肺原始病灶缓解总有效率得以提高,在临床医学上有重要的作用和意义。

Objective To explore in non-small cell lung cancer chemotherapy and at the same time in the process of conformal intensity modulated radiation therapy for patients with nursing clinical effect. Methods Choose 80 cases of patients with non-small cell lung cancer, the patients were line chemotherapy and conformal intensity modulated radiation therapy, patients in observation group targeted nursing, patients in the control group routine nursing. Results After complete care and treatment, compared two groups of patients with lung original lesions alleviate efficiently, patients in observation group total effective rate was 90.0%, total effective rate was 70.0% in patients in the control group. Conclusion Lines for non-small cell lung cancer chemotherapy and conformal intensity modulated radiation therapy patients, through targeted nursing, to improve patients with lung lesions original ease the total effective rate, on clinical medicine has important function and meaning.
