外固定支架结合后路钢板技术在不稳定骨盆骨折中的应用分析

Analysis of Applying Combined External Fixation and Posterior Plate Technology in Unstable Pelvic Fracture

目的研究分析外固定支架结合后路钢板技术在不稳定骨盆骨折中的临床应用价值。方法抽取本院2007年4月至2013年8月的手术治疗的不稳定骨盆骨折患者33例,分为治疗组(以外固定支架结合后路钢板技术固定)(n=19)和对照组(以外固定支架技术固定)(n=14),对比分析其临床应用效果。结果整理资料并对术后患者进行随访,得治疗组的手术时间、出血量、支架保留时间、骨盆愈合时间,均少于对照组;治疗效果评价中优良率高达94%,病死率比对照组低。结论外固定支架结合后路钢板技术集简单、安全、有效、微创优点于一身,在不稳定骨盆骨折治疗中发挥着重要的作用,具有广泛的临床应用价值。

Objective To study and analyze the values of applying combined external fixation and posterior plate technology in unstable pelvic fracture. Methods 33 patients with unstable pelvic fracture in our hospital from April 2007 to August 2013 were selected as the study objects, and divided them into treatment group （fixed by combined external fixation and posterior plate technology, 19 cases） and control group（fixed by external fixation,14 cases）, clinical efficacy of two groups were coaparatively analyzed. Results In the follow up of patients, the operation time, bleeding volume, retention time of support, pelvic heal time of treatment group were significantly less than control group, and good rate of treatment group was 94%, mortality rate was lower than control group. Conclusion External fixed support combined with posterior plate technology has advantages of simple, safe, effective and minimally invasive, which plays an improtant role in the treatment of unstable pelvic fracture, it has wide application values.
