伊血安颗粒促进产后子宫复旧的临床观察

Clinical Observation of the Promotive Action of Yi Xue an ke li in the Involution of Uterus

目的观察伊血安颗粒对阴道分娩的产妇子宫复旧的促进作用。方法 178例阴道分娩产妇随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组产后口服伊血安颗粒,每天3次,1次15 g,服用6 d为1个疗程;对照组未服用。并于治疗后分别进行产后子宫复旧评估,进行治疗前后比较。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组服用伊血安颗粒后,临床子宫复旧顺利。对恶露量及持续时间以及产后宫缩痛均有明显疗效。结论伊血安颗粒对产妇产后子宫复旧有明显的促进作用。

Objective To observe the promotive elect of Yixuean particles in the involution of uterus of parturient woman. Methods One hundreds of seventy-eight parturient women were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was post-natally postpartum adminasted orally with Yixuean particles, three a day, once fifteen grains, six days are a treatment course. The control group was not. After treatment involution of uterus, clinical eficacy was observed and compared in the two groups. Results The effective rate in treatment group was obviously higher than that of in control group（P〈0.05）,After being adminasted with Yixuean particles, clinical involution of uterus was prosperity. The lochia volume and duration, after pains obviously reduced. Conclusion Yi Xue an ke li have obvious promoter effect to the parturient woman of involution of uterus.
