摘要
随着我国网络应用普及率的日益提高,消费者通过网络进行购物、交易、支付等行为已变得平常。老字号的传统销售模式已落后于时代,加之纺织服装行业在电商行业中的竞争最为激烈,因此纺织服装行业老字号的处境极为严峻。通过SWOT分析法对纺织服装行业老字号的内外环境进行分析,并对其如何实施电子商务提出了一些建议。
With the increasing of popularizing rate of network application, it has become particularly ordinary that the consumers' activities such as shopping, trade, payment and etc. are carrying out through the internet. The traditional sales model of time- honored brand has been behind the times, and in the business sector the textile and garment industry is in the most intense competition, so the situation of textile and garment industry of time-honored brand is extremely serious. Through the SWOT analysis of internal and external environment of the textile and garment industry, some suggestions on how to implement the electronic commerce were put forward in the paper.
