益生菌预防急性放射性肠炎作用观察 被引量:9

Effect of probiotics on the prevention of acute radiation enteritis

摘要 目的探讨益生菌在腹盆腔放疗中对急性放射性肠炎的预防作用。方法宫颈癌患者74例随机分为观察组40例和对照组34例,对照组给予三维适形调强放疗,观察组放疗方法及剂量同对照组,并于放疗前7d给予益生菌420mg/次,3次/d,口服,连续应用至放疗结束后8周。比较2组治疗期间急性放射性肠炎及菌群失调发生率,并分析急性放射性肠炎与肠道菌群失调的关系。结果观察组和对照组急性放射性肠炎发生率分别为47.5%和70.6%,菌群失调发生率分别为52.5%和82.4%,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);急性放射性肠炎发生与肠道菌群失调呈正相关(r=0.246,P=0.035)。结论口服益生菌可有效纠正放疗后肠道菌群失调,预防放疗所致急性放射性肠炎发生。 Objective To investigate the preventive effect of probiotics on acute radiation enterites. Methods Seventyfour patients with cervical cancer were radomly divided into observation group (n= 40) and control group (n= 34). Control group received three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy. Besides the same treatment in control group, observation group received oral administration of probiotics 420 mg, three times a day, from the 7 day before radiotherapy to the 8 week after radiotherapy. The incidences of acute radiation enteritis and intestinal dysbacteriosis were compared between two groups and their relationship was analyzed. Results The incidences of acute radiation enteritis and intestinal dysbacteriosis were 47.5% and 52.5% in observation group, and 70.6% and 82.4% in control group, with significant differences between two groups (P 〈 0.05). And acute radiation enteritis was positively correlated with intestinal dysbacteriosis (r = 0. 246, P = 0. 035). Conclusions Oral administration of probiotics can modulate intestinal dysbacteriosis after radiotherapy, and prevent acute radiation enteritis.
