贝伐珠单抗治疗上皮性卵巢癌的临床研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 上皮性卵巢癌(EOC)是病死率最高的妇科肿瘤,尽管手术方式及化疗方案不断完善,但患者的5年生存率仍未显著提高。现已成功开展了多项以贝伐珠单抗(Bev)为代表的抗血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)单克隆抗体靶向治疗上皮性卵巢癌的Ⅱ、Ⅲ期临床试验。结论显示,贝伐珠单抗在晚期卵巢癌一线治疗及铂类敏感或铂类耐药复发卵巢癌治疗中均可显著提高缓解率,延长无进展生存期(PFS),并降低复发或死亡风险。其最常见不良反应为高血压和蛋白尿,严重的包括胃肠道穿孔、出血及血栓栓塞,但发生率很低。总之,贝伐珠单抗单用或联合化疗药物治疗卵巢癌安全且疗效满意。
