摘要
论述了SPHD钢性能特点和成分要求。针对SPHD钢生产中的Si含量偏高导致产品性能不合格的问题,通过钢包顶渣改质及控制,钢水精炼配渣模型优化,吹氩强度的控制,实现了SPHD钢冶炼的低Si控制。
The performance characteristics and composition requirements of SPHD steel were discussed. Aiming at the problems of high Si content in the production of SPHD steel leading to unqualified product, low Si control in SPHD steel smelting process was realized by the ladle slag modification and control, refining slag model optimization of molten steel and control of argon blowing strength.
