Problem Discussion of Aluminum Carbody Welding Process Which Block Welding Process Development

根据铝合金车体焊接工艺中遇到的实际情况,结合国内外相关企业的生产经验,总结了目前铝合金车体焊接工艺要想提升所面临的各种问题,为今后铝合金车体焊接的应用提供了一定的经验。

Based on the problem of series production and production experience in China and aboard, the problem on the welding issue which block to develop the welding process and save the production cost were summaried. Some suggestion is issued and it can provide some experience for the future application of aluminum carbody shell welding.
