STAT3信号通路与乳腺癌紫杉醇耐药相关 被引量:2

摘要 信号传导和转录激活子3(STAT3)是一种存在于胞质的双功能蛋白,其在肿瘤的异常增殖和恶性转化中起关键作用[1].目前研究表明:STAT3信号通路可能与肿瘤细胞化疗耐药相关.本研究探讨STAT3信号通路与乳腺癌紫杉醇耐药相关,以期将分子治疗与传统化疗有效结合.
