空气压力波治疗仪预防下肢深静脉血栓的效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察空气压力波治疗仪结合康复疗法预防脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢深静脉血栓的效果。方法:将符合入选标准的脑卒中偏瘫患者100例随机分为观察组(50例)和对照组(50例)。两组患者均行常规康复训练,观察组在此基础上行空气压力波治疗仪治疗,比较两组患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的情况。结果:治疗后,观察组与对照组血浆D-二聚体含量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组有1人发生血栓,对照组有7人发生血栓,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:空气压力波治疗仪结合康复治疗可有效预防脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢深静脉血栓形成。 Objective: To observe the efficacy of intermittent pneumatic compression(IPC) com- bined with rehabilitation therapy for the prevention of lower limb deep venous thrombosis in patients with cerebral apoplexy. Methods: 100 patients with cerebral apoplexy were randomly divided into observation group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases). Both groups received routine rehabili- tative training, the observation group was added with the air pressure wave treatment instrument. The rates of lower limb deep venous thrombosis were compared between two groups. Results : After treatment, there was 1 patient suffering from thrombosis in the observation group,7 patients suffer- ing from thrombosis in the control group. The difference of the two groups was significant (P 〈 O. 05). Conclusion: Intermittent pneumatic compression(IPC) combined with rehabilitation ther- apy can effectively prevent the lower limb deep venous thrombosis in patients with cerebral apo- plexy.
