摘要
目的应用眼前节分析系统分析青光眼真空小梁成形术治疗前后房角的变化,探讨青光眼真空小梁成形术的降压机制。方法青光眼真空小梁成形术治疗原发性开角型青光眼及高眼压症患者30例53眼。术前、术后7 d、术后30 d进行视力、裂隙灯、眼压检查,眼前节分析系统测量房角。结果治疗前房角(28.32±1.31)°,治疗后7 d(30.64±1.43)°,治疗后30 d(32.65±1.58)°。治疗前眼压(22.3±3.8)mmHg,治疗后7 d(19.2±3.1)mmHg,治疗后30 d(19.6±2.7)mmHg。与治疗前相比,治疗后7 d、30 d房角、眼压差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论青光眼真空小梁成形术后房角增宽,牵拉小梁网组织,使小梁网眼增大,可能是青光眼真空小梁成形术的降压机制。
Objective To evaluate the anterior chamber changes in patients with primary open-angle glaucoma and ocu-lar hypertension before and after pneumatic trabeculoplasty (PNT) by Oculyzer.Methods A total of 30 patients (53 eyes) with primary open angle glaucoma and ocular hypertension were included in this study.The vision, intraocular pressure( IOP) and anterior chamber were evaluated before PNT, 7 and 30 days after PNT.Results The angle of ante-rior chamber was (28.32 ±1.31)°before PNT, and (30.64 ±1.43)°and (32.65 ±1.58)°7 and 30 days after PNT. The IOP was (22.3 ±3.8)mmHg before PNT, and was degraded to (19.2 ±3.1)mmHg and (19.6 ±2.7)mmHg 7 and 30 days after PNT.The differences of the angle of anterior chamber and IOP before and after PNT were significant (P&lt;0.05).Conclusion The angle of anterior chamber increases after PNT.The traction of trabecular meshwork may be the probable mechanism to lower IOP in the primary open-angle glaucoma and hypertensive patients.
