神经生长因子在特应性皮炎中的作用

摘要 特应性皮炎是一种慢性炎症性瘙痒性皮肤病,严重影响患者生活质量,目前认为与遗传、免疫失衡、皮肤屏障异常等相关.越来越多的研究表明,神经营养因子可能是参与特应性皮炎神经源性炎症和加剧瘙痒的因素之一.神经生长因子作为神经营养因子家族成员之一,在特应性皮炎炎症和瘙痒中发挥重要作用.神经生长因子作用于免疫细胞促进炎症因子释放参与炎症过程,同时促进神经纤维异常增生加剧瘙痒.因此,对神经生长因子通路进一步研究可为特应性皮炎的治疗寻求新的途径. Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a chronic inflammatory and pruritic skin disease that may have a dramatic impact on quality of life of patients.It is now considered that AD is associated with genetic factors,immune imbalance and skin barrier abnormality.Increasing evidences have suggested that neurotrophins contribute to neurogenic inflammation and aggravation of pruritus in AD.Nerve growth factor (NGF),which belongs to the neurotrophin family,is closely associated with the development of inflammation and pruritus in AD.It is generally supposed that NGF takes part in inflammatory process by acting on immunocytes and enhancing the release of inflammatory cytokines,and aggravates itching by promoting the overgrowth of nerve fibers.Further study on the NGF pathway may offer new approaches to the treatment of AD.
