摘要
以不同的预先热处理工艺对GCr15SiMn液压马达导轨进行热处理,对其显微组织、耐磨性和力学性能进行了测试和分析。结果表明,预先热处理中采用分级球化退火和分级去应力退火,可促进组织中碳化物呈细小、弥散的分布,提高导轨的耐磨损性能和力学性能。与常规预先热处理相比,分级球化退火和常规去应力退火可使导轨的磨损体积减少34.64%、抗拉强度增加15 MPa、冲击功增加3.8 J;分级球化退火和分级去应力退火则可使导轨的磨损体积减少53.76%、抗拉强度增加26 MPa、冲击功增加5.9 J。
GCr15SiMn hydraulic motor guide was heat treated with the different processes of pre-heat treatment. And the microstructure, wear resistance and mechanical properties were tested and analyzed. The results show that grading spheroidizing annealing and grading stress relief annealing in the pre-heat treatment process could make the carbides in the microstructure are associated with the formation of fine and dispersed precipitates, and improve the wear resistance and mechanical properties. In comparison with normal pre-heat treatment, grading spheroidizing annealing and normal stress relief annealing could make wearing volume decrease by 34.64%, make tensile strength increase by 15 MPa, and make impact energy increase by 3.8 J. Moreover, grading spheroidizing annealing and grading stress relief annealing could make wearing volume decrease by 53.76%, make tensile strength increase by 26 MPa, and make impact energy increase by 5.9 J.
