摘要
采用不同的热处理工艺对新型Q 390低合金高强钢板进行热处理,分析了其显微组织和耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,低合金高强建筑钢板的最佳奥氏体化处理工艺为(920±5)℃×2 h,炉冷,其最佳淬火工艺为(855±5)℃×1 h油淬至(350±5)℃保温15 min后再继续油冷至室温。
The Q 390 low-alloy high strength steel plates were heat-treated by different process. The microstructure and corrosion resistance of the' samples were analyzed. The results show that the optimized austenitizing treatment process of the low-alloy high strength steel plates is (920±5) ℃×2 h, and the best quenching process is staying at (350±5)℃ for 15 min after heat treatment at (855±5) ℃ for 1 h.
