摘要
对定向凝固过程中不同取向晶粒竞争生长的理论、实验及模拟等三方面研究工作进行了评述。通过比较分析发现,现有经典理论模型在一定程度上可以解释某些晶粒竞争生长行为,但实验观测及计算模拟之中也发现了众多与现有理论预测不一致的结果,且由于体系维度、枝晶形貌及凝固条件上的差异,不同的观测结果之间存在较大差异,对晶粒竞争生长规律目前还没有达成共识,更无相关定量化判据。综合现有研究结果,进一步系统考察各种因素对晶粒竞争生长的影响规律是本领域发展的重要方向,对工业进步及凝固理论科学的发展都将具有重要意义。
The research progress on the competitive grain growth in directional solidification was systematically reviewed through theory, experiment and simulation work. It is found that the classic model can explain some of the competition behavior, but experimental observations and computer simulation also have found numerous inconsistent results. Due to the differences in system dimension, dendritic morphology and solidification condition, big unconformities exist among various observations. No consensus of grain growth law on competition hast yet been reached, neither is there a related quantitative criterion. Based on the existing research results, further systematic study on the influence of various factors on the competitive grain growth will be of great significance to the development of both industrial progress and solidification theory.
